Republican County Convention

Delegates and Alternates who were elected at their precinct caucuses will be receiving written instructions prior to the County Convention which is held on March 31 at the Vancouver Hilton. Registration opens at 8:00 AM. Due to the large number attendees, additional space has been rented at the facility and the cost of registration has been raised from $10 to $15 (payable by check, credit card or cash) to cover costs. Membership to the Clark County Republican Party can be purchased for an additional $5 as a convention special. The Hilton Hotel was selected due to the space, equipment and seating requirements of this large event.
Attendees must arrange for their own meals. The Hilton does not allow food from outside to be brought into the facility. The Hilton has an onsight restaurant and for a list of restaurants in downtown Vancouver visit

A list of 40 restaurants within 1/2 mile of the Hilton is printed in the back of your Program which you will receive at the event and we have alerted the Vendors at Saturday Market to expect higher than usual number of visitors.

Observers are welcome however seating will be assigned first to delegates, then alternates and if space is available to observers.
Clark County Republican Party is an all volunteer organization. Dozens of volunteers have come together to plan this event so our community of Republicans can participate and have their voices heard. We have no paid staff and have raised all funds to rent the facilities and pay the expenses of this event. We sincerely hope you will enjoy this event and appreciate your cooperation and good will!
